Mr. Mahesh Chopra enrolled as an advocate in 1987 after studying at Himachal Pradesh University and has since built one of the region's most respected litigation practices. With nearly four decades of experience before various Courts of Himachal Pradesh and Trial Courts across the region, he brings to every matter a depth of practical courtroom knowledge that is the product of a lifetime of advocacy.

His practice spans civil litigation, criminal law, constitutional and writ matters, property and succession disputes, service law, banking law, and family law. He is known among his peers and clients alike for his expertise in matters involving financial institutions including Banks, his preparation, his candour and his ability to navigate complex, multi-layered disputes with clarity and composure.

Mr. Kartikey Chopra is the third generation of the Chopra family who joined the legal practice in 2023. He studied at Panjab University which is one of India's leading law institutes and is co-founder of Chopra and Associates. He brings to the firm the combination of rigorous formal legal education and the mentorship of one of the region's most experienced advocates his father, Mr. Mahesh Chopra.

Mr. Kartikey practices across criminal law, constitutional and writ matters, civil litigation, cyber law, family law and emerging areas including digital and cyber frauds, compliance and data protection law. He is comprehensively dealing with the matters involving the new criminal law framework the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA) and in keeping the firm's practice current with the rapidly evolving landscape of Indian law.

He appears before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Hon'ble Delhi High Court, District Courts and Tribunals. Shaping and building his practice that combines the values of the firm's founding generation with the demands and opportunities of contemporary legal practice.
