National Green Tribunal (NGT) Proceedings

We represent applicants and respondents before the NGT in matters involving environmental violations, pollution control, environmental clearances, and the enforcement of environmental laws. We also file and argue appeals against NGT orders before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Environmental Clearance and Compliance

We advise project developers and industries on obtaining environmental clearances, forest clearances, and consents to establish and operate under applicable environmental statutes — including the Environment Protection Act, 1986, the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, and the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.

Public Interest Litigation on Environmental Matters

How long will my case take?

Timelines in Indian litigation vary considerably depending on the court, the nature of the matter, and how the other side conducts itself. We give you a realistic assessment of the likely timeline at the outset — based on the specific court, the current workload of the relevant bench, and the procedural steps involved. We do not make unrealistic promises about timeframes.

What should I bring to my first consultation?

Bring all documents relating to your matter — FIR copies, court orders, contracts, property documents, correspondence, legal notices, and any government communications. Do you take cases on an urgent basis?
